Bellows

We manufacture PTFE bellows for vastly diverse applications. These parts are individually designed. They are universally chemical resistant, high temperature resistant and can be modified for special applications, for example with threaded metal bushings, flanges and inserts. Bellows are distinguished with regard to the manufacturing process, their function and resilience. Possible applications are expansion and vibration compensation, rod protection in a corrosive atmosphere, fluid streams in chemical and pharmaceutical applications and control and shut-off valves. They can be manufactured with round, angular or sharp folds.

Bellows with round folds

We manufacture bellows with round folds. This type of bellows is designed for medium pressures (0.25 – 6 bar pressure difference) and – as the name implies – is manufactured with rounded out folds. The result is increased pressure resistance with sufficient longitudinal elastic reserves. The thickness of the fold can be tailored to a given application.

Different versions can be produced:

as open-ended or closed bellows
with screwed or pressed bushing
with several connection possibilities
- cuff end
- flare flange
- tri-clamp

Bellows with angular folds

We manufacture bellows with angular folds. This type of bellows is designed for medium pressures (0.25 – 6 bar pressure difference) and – as the name implies – is manufactured with angular folds. The thickness of the fold can be tailored to the application.

Valve bellows

These bellows are manufactured by conical plunge cutting without chip machining. The result is a beneficial ratio between elasticity and installation length. These bellows are particularly suited for low pressures (0.5 – 2 bar pres-sure difference) and dynamic applications. To be noted is that only vertical installation is permissible in liquid media.
